Ballet
All students are encouraged to study Ballet, the base form of all
dance, along with any other dance forms they choose. Ballet enhances our
coordination, increases strength & flexibility. and develops grace &
discipline inside and out of the studio. This training is the most important
dance training a student will have as it is the technical basis for all other
types of formal dance.
Two or three 1 or 1 1/2 hour classes per week depending on level.
